Neal Anthony Carter cannot remember a time when his life was not intimately involved with art, whether in the realms of Fine Art or Music. The inspiration for his work is primarily from an interest in Synaesthesia, the expression of colour and form in relation to music, with themes that are very much entrenched in the `spiritual` and the Zen of landscape. Commissions accepted. See Neal`s work at: Limpet Studio, Hosgood Steps, Higher Street, Brixham.  Tel : 01803 883250

THE STRAND ART GALLERY

For the past 34 years, if the English weather has allowed, you will find one, or more, of Brixham`s famous marine artists painting outdoors at Artists Corner on The Strand. When the weather is not so clement a step away (opposite the William of Orange Statue) is The Strand Art Gallery where Bill Stockman (pictured left) and his associated artists display their work. This is the largest gallery of original paintings in the South West, and features work by Bill himself; Mike Jeffries; John Graham; Donald Ayres; Bob Tucker; Don Hughes; Gordon Allen (pictured right); Terry Burke; Karen Chapman and David Deakins. Their combined talents and passions are far too numerous to display here so why not pay a visit to the gallery and see them for yourself.
